Shipping & Refund

Processing time is 2-3 weeks.
Because of the nature of our small business, we often have 1-2 people working on orders. Please be patient as we prep your packages!

Pre-Order

Pre-orders ship separately from in-stock items, so a separate shipping fee is charged at checkout.

If there's any issue with your order, please reach out via from.jaes@gmail.com! We will try our best to resolve your issue.

Order cancellation before shipping

Please contact us if you need to cancel your order before the order is shipped. We can refund the full amount as long as the product is not made to order or is a commission.

Apparel exchange

A 1-time size exchange will be available for each purchase at your own shipping cost. Please message me so to purchase 2 shipping slips for return and exchange.

Pre-Order

You can cancel for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After that, your piece is in the works, so we can't accept cancellations. If we can't ship within the promised time, you can cancel any time for a full refund.
