How secure is my personal information? 
fromJae adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.
Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
 
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. Returns are acceptable for selected products.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?
 Yes! If your country is not listed, please contact us for more information on purchasing.
 
What shipping carriers do you use?
We choose USPS, UPS, DHL and other shipping carriers worldwide.
 
 
How long does it take to process my order?
We do our best to ship out your order within the week! However, due to high volumes, orders may take up to 21 days to be shipped.
 
How long does shipping take?
Once an order has been shipped, transit time is very dependent on your shipping method selection and your location:
- Domestic (US) orders: 3-7 days in transit
- Canada & Mexico orders: 5 - 10 days in transit
- Other international orders: 10-31 days in transit 

DELIVERY

 How do I track my order?
We will send you the tracking number after your purchase within 1-3 business days.
 
Are all my items shipped together?

Most items can be shipped together. However, packaging methods may vary and we may ship out your items separately to avoid damage in transit. Example: if you purchase a handmade sculpture and a sticker sheet, they will be shipped separately to ensure the sticker sheet won't bend in transit. 

My tracking link says "Delivered" but my package is not here?
Sometimes, parcels arrive a bit later due to status mis-label by the post office. Try waiting another day and contact your neighbors in the meantime to make sure it hasn't arrived at a different location. If the package isn't found within 2 days, please contact your local USPS for further assistance.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?
Often times, there may be issues regarding package damage during transit. Once an item is in transit, we are not liable for losses or parcel damages, but will try our best to help you resolve the situation. Please contact us immediately after receiving your item, or within 7 days of your item's delivery date.
 
How do I return my order?

Chargeback Warning

 As a small business, we are aware of malicious individuals who abuse the chargeback system to steal goods from businesses. Rest assured that we have all proof of purchases, shipment dates, tracking information that will help us prosecute individuals who choose to commit fraud. We will take any legal action necessary.
